For me, Hara Vibra means finding your true self and inner power through vital energy and the vibration we project.
Hara is a Japanese concept that refers to the vital and gravitational center of the human being, located in the abdomen.
Vibra (Vibration) is the concept I chose to name this Zen space because, in the end, everything is vibration — and everything we project outward comes from our inner vibration. We are in a constant state of vibration.
Hara Vibra represents the beginning of something new and symbolic — the beginning of truly knowing yourself and vibrating high from your inner power, from your life force energy.
In this wellness space, I offer different ways to connect with yourself and others in a healthy and expansive way — to release stress, feel calm and harmony, let go of emotions, unblock negative energies, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your body through movement and conscious touch, so you can live fully, as you truly deserve.
